Every month we will turn the spotlight on one of the team. Next up: Natasha Gates, Head of Report Delivery.
Natasha was recently promoted to Head of Report Delivery at Enhance. She has amassed over 22 years’ experience in investment-related roles.
Natasha joined Enhance in April 2016 having previously worked at Abacus Financial Services and subsequently Royal Bank of Canada, following its acquisition of Abacus. Her roles spanned working within a portfolio performance monitoring team, to managing an Operations Control team, within the offshore investment management division, during her final years at RBC.
Day-to-day, Natasha is primarily responsible for ensuring that investment reviews are delivered in accordance with internal and client specific targets, supporting the Relationship Management Team with delivering the Monitoring service, working alongside Richard Sayers and Michael Moretta.
Natasha is born and bred in Jersey and is married with two children.
