Notwithstanding Donald Trump's best efforts to distract us all in Q1, the first quarter of 2025 has possibly been our most productive period ever at Enhance, culminating in the launch of our new website and associated brand refresh shortly before Easter.

Working closely with our very talented design partner Kohde, we have refocused Enhance as a dedicated investment solutions provider for fiduciary investors. Nothing more, nothing less. Our message is simple; Enhance provides independent investment monitoring and consultancy services to fiduciaries, family offices and charities around the world.
There is a temptation for businesses to offer investment-related services to the broadest possible demographic to maximise fee income, but we believe that this approach creates ‘Jack of all trades, master of none’ service providers. The requirements and responsibilities of fiduciary investors are nuanced and command a tailored approach.
Going forward, we will deliver two solutions, Monitoring and Consultancy, with a range of service options available within each solution. Our range of services will expand over time, whereas the only further solution we intend to offer is Research, which will be launched in 2026. All Enhance solutions and services will be available in isolation or in combination to serve our clients’ needs.
Our Consultancy solution has been repositioned to offer two forms of investment consulting to our clients in future, which can be employed in combination to create a ‘best of both worlds’ service variant. These services are:
+/Select – Platform investing
Select streamlines Enhance’s manager selection, portfolio monitoring, and administration services on a single investment platform. This unified approach combines our independent advice with leading third-party managed investments and custody. Investment management, centralised.
+/Navigate – Coordinated investing
Navigate provides an open architecture approach to investment consultancy, delivering coordinated manager selection, monitoring and administration services on complex portfolio arrangements invested with multiple managers and platforms. Investment complexity, navigated.
In Q2, we will announce a new platform provider for Select that will offer preferential private banking services to Enhance clients alongside the public and private market investment solutions we advise on. Many fiduciary structures require securitised lending, foreign exchange and cash management, so we are pleased to be able to offer these services within Select going forward. More to follow on this exciting development.
This change in platform will also coincide with Enhance offering a broader range of best-in-class investment solutions to Select clients, including passive benchmark portfolios, hedge funds, and private equity. Using these solutions alongside traditional single and multi-asset strategies will provide Enhance clients with an institutional quality, quasi-endowment approach to private wealth management that is flexible and cost-effective.
Our flagship Monitoring solution remains largely unchanged, noting the launch of our Bookkeeping service in January and the most significant Mosaic upgrade to date set for release this coming quarter. Mosaic is an investment governance hub for fiduciaries and continues to evolve at pace, with the Bookkeeping service a perfect example of a high impact and low cost service we can now deliver through our technology.
+/Bookkeeping – Automated accounting
Our Bookkeeping service provides independently verified, standardised and timely accounting data to populate client ledgers in any administration and accounting system. An inexpensive add-on to our Monitoring solution, this service saves fiduciaries time and money and eliminates human error from the bookkeeping process.
Enhance now monitors approximately 9,000 investment portfolios with aggregate assets under reporting of $50bn+. In the last quarter alone, we have onboarded 2,000+ portfolios onto Mosaic and added several new data feeds with third-party custodian and bank platforms. All portfolios onboarded belong fiduciary structures, including UK pension providers for the first time.
With so much progress and evolution, we understand that it can be difficult for our clients to keep-up with developments at Enhance and therefore make full use of our solutions and services. For the balance of 2025 we will focus on meeting with as many clients as possible around the world and increasing our digital communications appropriately.
To help ensure we deliver a high level of client engagement, we have reorganised our client-facing team under Dr Ruzhen Li, who has received a well-deserved promotion to the position of Managing Director. In turn, Ruzhen’s protégé Zac Lu has been promoted to the position of Head of Research, freeing up Ruzhen to focus more of her time on client service with our Investment Consultants and Relationship Managers.
Client feedback is what all good businesses are built around, and Enhance is no exception.
