In line with the continued expansion of the Group’s advice services and its commitment to investing in research, Enhance is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Keshishoghli CFA as Head of Manager Research. Working closely with Head of Consultancy and Chair of Investment Committee, Dr Ruzhen Li, in Enhance’s London office, Steven will be responsible for the research, selection and monitoring of discretionary investment managers and third-party funds on behalf of Enhance’s global client base.

Steven previously held the position of Head of Investments at Tatton Investment Management until 2016 where he ran £3bn in multi-asset strategies. Steven has also worked for the British Government, designing the investment strategy for NEST, the national workplace pension scheme, and as an investment strategist for the £18bn Railways Pension Scheme. He began his career at Allenbridge Wealth Management, providing advisory services to UHNW individuals, trustees and charities.
Commenting on the hire, Tom Wiseman, CEO, said: “Steven’s addition is strategic and bolsters the robust team and investment research process built by our Head of Consultancy Dr Ruzhen Li over the last four years. His academic record is strong; he obtained three university degrees and is a CFA Charterholder, and crucially he brings real world investment management expertise and insight to Enhance having previously ran £3bn in multi-asset strategies.”
Dr Ruzhen Li, who will dedicate more time to the strategic direction of Enhance Consultancy and client advice duties as a result of Steven’s arrival, commented: “At Enhance we firmly believe in evidence-based investing and therefore we are passionate about the ongoing growth and evolution of our research process to support the investment advice we deliver to our clients. With over $3bn under advice, it is fitting that we welcome someone of Steven’s calibre to our team and look forward to benefitting from his considerable industry insights going forward”.
