Richard Sayers, Client Services Director at Enhance, joined Heather-Anne Hubbell, founder of Phundex, for the latest episode in Jersey Finance’s Jersey Heard podcast series.
Alongside Jersey Finance’s FinTech lead, Adam Brown, the trio talk how client-centric views help to shape their solutions in their respective wealthtech and fundtech sub-sectors, and how technology acts as an enabler for investment and professional services industries.
Richard explores the evolution of Enhance, including the development of its web-based client portal which enables on-demand report delivery and management information, and the exponential growth of its development and data teams.
Among other topics, Richard also discusses disruptive trends, service and technology differences across jurisdictions and his personal experience of working in Singapore, especially in the context of government support for innovation.

Richard is a Client Services Director at Enhance Group, responsible for the effective delivery of our range of services to existing clients and for developing new client relationships.
A founder of Enhance in 2005, Richard led the business from start up to internationally renowned service provider to the professional adviser and private client sector.
A recognised voice of authority on investment issues for trustees, he was appointed as Special Advisor to STEP and was instrumental to the launch of the Trustee Managed Portfolio Indices, the first STEP Member Service. His experience and opinion is often sought as an expert witness for complex investment disputes.
In 2015 Richard relocated to Singapore with Enhance to lead the Asia strategy. In 2017 he joined a major professional services business to run the Singapore Trust and Corporate Services division and over three years gained valuable experience across complementary sectors, cultures and jurisdictions.
Richard re-joined Enhance earlier this year and is an important addition to the team.
