As we embark on the second quarter of the new year, I am delighted to introduce you all to Enhance’s brand refresh - our digital, technology-focused new identity designed to reflect the innovative and disruptive nature of our modern and continuously evolving investment monitoring and advice proposition.
Building on the excellent foundational designs provided by The Observatory in 2019, we have partnered with pan-Channel Islands agency Potting Shed to take Enhance’s curb appeal to the next level. The brief for this project was a simple one; let’s look at how our competition position themselves and do something different that captures the DNA and culture of our young and forward thinking company.
Created using cutting edge C4D design software the visual language centres around a series of multi-dimensional fibre sequences in different colours and patterns, curated to represent our group and individual service lines. For example, our Monitoring sequence manifests as a complex grid network to represent data interconnectivity. Every sequence has a meaning and is underpinned by complex algorithms, much like our proprietary technology.
Financial services is changing and it needs to. We are amidst the greatest inter-generational wealth transfer in human history and the ‘next gen’ receiving this trillion dollar inheritance have different expectations of what constitutes trust, good advice and service. Today it is all about secure, digital engagement and actionable insights that empower asset owners. We wanted to create a visually appealing brand that embodies these characteristics.
As part of April’s launch we have integrated our proprietary platform, Mosaic, into our new website to create a single digital hub for all interactions intermediaries and investors have with Enhance. We have also built a publications section to house news and views on Enhance, the industry and investment markets to improve engagement with our audience. Finally we have embedded Pinpoint, a talent acquisition software, to create a dedicated careers area to attract great people into our growing business.
Alongside our updated website, clients will notice changes to our investment reporting for the Q1 cycle. This is stage one of a multi-stage upgrade that introduces our new brand to existing templates before adding in new visualisations and analytics to our growing report builder library. In this area we work with specialist UX/UI boutique Taylor Thomas to help our Developers bring our core branding to life in Mosaic and it’s client facing output. The results are stunning and there is so much more to come.
In this coming quarter, which coincides with restrictions loosening in most of our key client geographies, we will be making lots of noise about our new brand and rolling out our Mosaic platform and digitised service offering. Announcements regarding new hires and major technology releases and partnerships will follow in the months ahead. As I have said before, we invest so our clients don’t have to and we are aiming to set a pace of innovation that our competitors can’t keep up with - so far so good.
